C's cousins Heather and Scott joined us for lunch on Sunday. We hadn't been together for quite some time, so had lots of catching up to do, including a good deal of political discussion over last week's Presidential election!
well, here they are now: Obama & W.........not too much longer now!
We hurried home yesterday afternoon to enjoy our church's choral presentation of Mendelssohn's Oratorio, "Elijah", showcasing our fabulous choir and our new Cassavantes Freres organ. The house was packed: well attended by many in the community who are not members of Grace, which is always a treat, as well as a considerable number of parishoners. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Afterwards, there was a reception in the parish hall, where those partaking could also view our wonderful Festival of the Arts.

Hmmmm: wonder if he's presidential material??? His GrandMa tells me that he most definitely is!!! Nevertheless, he is adorable!!!!I snapped these pics from our condo balcony last week. Unfortunately the brilliant color doesn't show up as vividyl here as it does in person.
It's almost like looking down on a fabulously pieced crazy quilt! Oh and there's Stone Mountain on the right!PEACE!

Looking at the map, the southern states didn't yield...but the pockets of blue definitely helped America pull through!!!!!
