We returned home from our grandson's today.
It was sad to leave, because we had such a great time.
But as soon as I unpacked and straightened things out here at home,
I got busy!
Last week I purchased a block of Mystery Foam
after watching Jane Powell's You Tube demo
about printing with this product.
I was really excited about trying it out.
Above you can see a bit of dried Purple Aster from my garden.
I made a Mystery Foam stamp from the 'dead head'
and then stamped it repeatedly on this piece of card stock:
My first stamp was made using this doily
I printed this segment on a notecard.
more dried asters:
I think that his first birthday in November
helped him learn how to unwrap presents.
He had a great time!
I always enjoy being asked to put Charlie down for his nap:
I stamped this one on a piece of white cotton.
these were all too much fun!
In the meantime, I had a pot of vegetable soup simmering away on the stove:
I am now using some of the veggies that I froze over the summer,
hence the green beans in the block of ice.
Two Christmas pictures of our sweet little Charlie:
helped him learn how to unwrap presents.
He had a great time!
I always enjoy being asked to put Charlie down for his nap:
If you celebrate Christmas, I hope you had a wonderful one.
If not, hope your day was loads of fun.
peace
