I enjoyed my results from Days 32 & 34,
that I wanted to dye myself a long and wide silk jacquard scarf.
......and here it is:
this piece has some white in it, which I think must be due to the increased
volume in silk.
I love it and can't wait to wear it.
my block for today:
it's actually better looking in person, trust me
and as if on cue,
these beauties were in my garden this morning
my friend James Dennison tells me that the one on top
is a Pipevine Swallowtail,
while the yellow one is a Tiger Swallowtail....
makes sense!
Thanks James!
thanks for stopping by
peace to you and yours

Wahoo! That's a fantastic scarf!!!
Enjoy all your butterflies - real and pieced. :-)
Wow, Judy, your scarf is wonderful. I love the size of it. And the colour scheme. Your quilt butterflies are lovely, and of course your real ones are superb. I'm incredibly impressed with your ability to keep up with a scarf and a quilt piece each day, and they are all really beautiful! Super woman...
