I painted and screen printed this fabric about nine months ago, with the intention of making a little chair back to coordinate with my "Summer in the City" wallhanging. Well, I kept putting the fabric aside, moving it from one spot on the cutting table in my sewing room to another. Finally, I brought it to the condo where "Summer in the City" hangs in our bathroom. It didn't take more than an hour to sew up the seams and make the gusset in the top. I really love how it turned out! Here's they are together.Hope you've had a creative day!
PEACE TO YOU!

What a wonderful idea, both look really great.
GORGEOUS!!!
LOVE this idea of making your own chair back.
Too much talent for one person. You paint - as well as all those other clever things? The two pieces look great together, and I love the colours. OX
What a fabulous job and i love the black check with it as well!! Isn't it funny how we put off projects like that? almost as if we are afraid of them- guess they just need more time to percolate !! Love the duo- atreat to use your lu!!!!
