Been a while!

Hello!

Thanks for dropping by!

I've been having loads of fun dealing with ice, snow, and also a bit of Shibori. Here are a couple of shots of silk that I have been playing with over the past couple of days

I just can't get enough of it! I plan to spend a couple of hours in the studio and then when I look at the clock, I realize it's been 4-5 hours! Thank heavens for the heating system that C had installed a couple of years ago....and I sure am enjoying my new windows!

We had a beautiful little snowfall last Thursday evening, and I brought my iPhone along while we walked Barker on the golf course the next morning. Unfortunately, I don't think the iPhone pics will enlarge when clicked upon. Sorry! I stand corrected: the pics do enlarge! YAYYYY!!!! Here are a few shots from the walk

It's difficult to locate a white doggie in fresh snow! LOL

Barker just loved the snow. He kept running along and grabbing a mouthful of the stuff. He also did his fair share of slipping and sliding, but it didn't slow him down one bit!

I wonder who made these tracks?

Dr Sock has invited me to join her and Fleegle for lunch tomorrow! WooHoo! I will report and hopefully have some pics from our 'show and tell'!

PEACE

The shibori is looking really beautiful. I want to try that sometime soon. We have tons of snow here but at least it's no longer -40. Fingers crossed that it stays warmish for a few weeks.

I love the shibori, too. I think I am going to use my depth of field shibori for the next irrigation circles piece - which will be larger.
