Morning on the lake

It was a particularly gorgeous morning on the lake:
the water so still
and the reflections of the subtle leaf changes almost perfect.

As I worked in the studio yesterday afternoon,
I heard footsteps rustling the leaves outside the door
I turned to see who had come to visit

Three deer were peering in at me and Barker.  I grabbed my iPhone to capture their curious eyes, but they dashed off into the wood.....do you see them?

wishing you the Peace I found while snapping these pictures

Judy, the setting for your home is gorgeous. Peace and serenity with a lot of Mom Nature to boot! Have a great weekend.

yes, I can see the head of one left and the behind of the second in the right middle of the picture.
What a lovely environment!

no, I'm not sure of the second, only one head: nose, eye, ear.

WOW! What gorgeous picture of Knickerbocker Lake. Wish I could be there.
The color of the trees are the same here in Skåne. Two days ago we had some snow for a couple of hours, but fortunately it melted quickly again.
