I never know what's going to grab my eye
while I'm out walking in the morning.
Yesterday, I spotted this lovely mushroom.
It reminds me of a toasted marshmallow
headed for a S'More!
Can't you just taste that sweet caramel flavor
and then the chocolate and Graham Cracker!

I believe this will be my last mailbox clematis of 2011.
I spotted it this morning:
barely poking out from its pinestraw and daylily hideaway.

Your clematis makes me long for summer. LOL! I know, I have a long wait in front of me! The coloring on that blossom is beautiful, the little hints of green and burgandy at the points - yum. I think I am the only person besides C who doesn't like marshmellows. Just give me the chocolate and graham cracker and I'll be happy. xo
