Beachin' It!

We are enjoying a family vacation at the beach -
Pawleys Island, SC to be exact.
Pawleys Island is famous for its hammocks,
so I thought it most appropriate to post
a few hammock shots.

The sand is luxuriously soft and smooth here,
and we spend hours burying eachother

and building castles

while others snooze on the porch

(that's Tucker, our grand dog)

and adorable wee ones play with
sweet old doggies

There are a naps to be taken,
great seafood to be eaten,
and a good time to be had by all!

thanks for dropping by

peace to you!

Wow you are having a good time. I couldn't work out what the post had to do with the title at first until I read it properly. Only a surface designer would read it as 'bleaching it'!!

I am laughing at Maggi's comment as I read it the same way. I thought, what is Judy doing with bleach at the beach? Using sand patterns as resists? So glad you are all having a wonderful time. Have some crab cakes for me!

I love Maggi's 'bleaching it'. Wow, that beach looks just gorgeous, and the hammocks are beautiful. Don't the shadows look great. So nice to see Barker with Maggie - he's looking very mature and regal, and I'm sure he's aware of his responsibility.

Hey, I just noticed that your Live Traffic Feed has me as a visitor from Carlingford NSW. Carlingford is my home town and an hour south of here. How cool is that!
