200 Days - Day Three

Phew, I'm barely squeeking by with this one!
We needed to go into Atlanta to purchase some necessary 'provisions',
and that ended up really cutting into my productive day.
That said, I got the ice dye bath started before we left,
and rinsed and laundered yesterday's piece:

I think this is my favorite one so far.
Here's a detail shot of it:

I'm liking the fact that I am journaling each day's recipe,
so I can repeat them whenever I wish.

Now getting the block done was the tricky part.
I need a 'parts department'
so that on busy days I can just throw a block together.
Ha!!

Thanks for dropping by!

Peace to you and yours.

I love the cloth you are creating! It is supposed to be back into the 100's next week and I thought about your experiment. At least playing with ice will keep me cool. I saw a great idea somewhere of using a desk organizer to keep the different "parts" organized. She was using a silverware tray for log cabin logs. Easy to pick up and put away, too. Have a wonderful weekend and keep me posted about the new cherub! xoxo

More gorgeous fabric. A parts dept. sounds like an excellent idea.
