Flower Power

Before I got called off to the hospital yesterday morning, I snapped these pics from my garden:
The sun was hitting my Rubra Lillies just right, and there was still some dew on the petals.

I would love to be able to paint these....maybe next week!

(the picture above and the picture below actually enlarge - no easy task for me! - so check 'em out!)

Coreopsis....makes even a cloudy day seem sunny!

Liatris, and I've forgotten the name of the pretty little white flowers in the middle. Senility seems to be spreading around the family!!!

My favorite single pink roses that bloom all summer:

Why are they my favorite? Because I got two pots for $1.00 a few years ago. Such a deal!!

PEACE!!!

Very beautiful!!

Now I've sent you an e-mail again! Hope it will get through this time!
Wanted to tell you that Signe as well is at the hospital (in Ängelholm) since one month. She has an infection in the cardiac valves. Today they took her to Lund because they couldn't handle the infection in Ängh. The lever and the kidneys has also been infected! They have given her antibiotic by intravenous drip all this time without any improvement. Hopefully they can give her the right treatment in Lund. Don't understand why they didn't send her there in the first place(?)!!!
Hope your Mom will get better soon too!
XOXO Eva

Your flowers are gorgeous. I have some Liatris but they are far behind yours. We also have a huge wild prairie rose bush but it also is behind yours. It will flower in a few weeks. The single ones smell heavenly.

I've a "small" wish!
Couldn't you please change in the Templates under the question:
Do you want to show the comments in a popup-window? (or something like that) to NO?
Then the comment window will be larger and we/they who comment your blog can put a link into our comments. If you have the "small" comment window you can't click backwards. Hope you understand what I mean?! You can look at my web site how the comment window looks like ;-))))

Hi, me AGAIN!
Now I've sent you e-mails through your blog-mail. The only thing is that you can only write 300 signs(!!!) and that isn't much I can tell you! So, if they get through don't get a chock or something like that, because I've sent seven e-mails!
XO

I am so impressed with your flowers. Most of our landscaping is non-flowering because my son, the designer, feels that flowering plants detract from the modern design that he created for our house. Now that the fence is done in the back, we are going to plant some bloomers down there.

How is your mom doing?

I need to snap some shots of the flowers my daughter planted on the balcony. Yours are definitely inspiring.

Healing wishes for your mom!
