Day 72

I was certain that rayon,

dyed with the exact same dyes,

using the very same process,

would be spectacular....

but it's not.

I think it's pretty nasty, myself.

I purposely add the yellow dye last,

as I believe it strikes fastest,

so I want to give the other colors a fighting chance.

(correct me if I'm wrong, here).

But in this instance, with the rayon,

the yellow still seems to have stolen the show.

ARGH!

I'm coming along with the piecing together of the rows

on Maggie's quilt.

This morning, I thought I might get all of the rows

sewn together, but then life got in the way.

I hate it when that happens, don't you?
